The Plan helps determine what your body can, and can't metabolize. This takes the mystery out of eating! Most people are aware they can't eat chocolate cake for every meal and expect to lose weight, but what happens when foods you THINK are healthy for you actually make you GAIN weight? Most clients I work with are smart and well-informed when it comes to nutrition. They've tried to eat healthfully on their own, but still can't lose weight AND have the vitality and energy they should have. In fact, many of their restricted eating habits put them at long-term risk for chronic health disorders such as osteoporosis, diabetes, chronic digestive issues and various cancers.

Each person is chemically unique- this is incredibly important to keep in mind.  Foods may be healthy in a vacuum, but when combined with your individual chemistry can be quite toxic. Examples of highly reactive foods based on my research are- salmon, most shellfish, turkey, pork, eggs, greek yoghurt, roasted nuts, asparagus, green beans, cauliflower, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, beans, oatmeal....the list goes on. This does NOT mean these foods are bad for you- there is no good, there is no bad- this just means there is a high possibility that these foods will not work with your chemistry.
